This is the way of the future for cost effective planting of environmentally friendly lawn - warm season grasses on larger areas.

Using a warm season turf grass, particularly Legend Couch and Sir Walter Buffalo, can have a water saving of up to 60% compared to cool season grasses.

We have a specially designed line planting system. We plant plugs of turf with soil attached in the ground. This unique method reduces plant tissue damage and water wastage during establishment. The establishment rate is extremely high with this method.

The cost saving compared with solid turfing can be as high as 80%.

Areas suited for line planting include golf courses, racetracks, sports fields and recreation areas of a size more than 1 hectare (10,000 square metres ).
